In the near term, the priority for the development of fundamental scientific research is the further improvement of theoretical foundations and tools for the analysis and optimization of fuel and energy complex development trends, as well as enhancing energy efficiency across Ukraine’s economy and social sphere.

Further development and implementation of optimization methods for the functioning of the fuel and energy complex, taking into account changing conditions, energy prices, and scientific and technological progress

Scientific support for the Energy Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030 and beyond

Applied Research

Development of recommendations for governing bodies, creation of regulatory documentation, conducting expert evaluations, and implementing new technologies

Research Coordination

Coordination of scientific research in the field of energy systems analysis and forecasting, and the development of state development programs

International Cooperation

Strengthening collaboration with leading scientific centers in Europe and worldwide on methods of systems analysis and forecasting
